Integrated impact, shear and friction, by changing the cyclone vortex and other effects, the powder and modifier are dispersed with high intensity and the powder and surface modifier are forced to impact and collide; during the impact and friction between the powder and the rotor and stator, the required temperature for the modifier to interact with the surface of the powder particles is generated in a limited cavity; the turbulent effect of the vortex cyclone with a changing direction is used to increase the opportunity for the particles to interact with the surface modifier and ensure the action time.

When the SLG type continuous powder surface modifier is working, the material to be modified is fed through the feeder, and after contacting with the surface modifier that is automatically measured and continuously fed, it is discharged from the discharge port through three cylindrical modification chambers in turn. In the modification chamber, the specially designed high-speed rotating rotor and stator impact, shear and rub against the powder material to generate the temperature required for its surface modification. The temperature can be adjusted by the rotor speed, the speed of the powder passing through or the feeding speed and the size of the air door, and the maximum temperature can reach 140℃.

At the same time, the high-speed rotation of the rotor loosens the powder material and forms a vortex two-phase flow, so that the surface modifier can quickly and evenly act on the surface of the powder particles and coat the surface of the particles. Therefore, the structure and working principle of the machine can meet the technical requirements of good dispersion of powder and surface modifier, and equal contact or action opportunities between powder and surface modifier.
